This is a prototype built by a technologist, not a lawyer, and nothing on this page is legal advice. Statutes are quoted from the official sources linked beside them and were checked on 4 September 2026; they change. Licence numbers, fees, filing deadlines and local hotline numbers are deliberately absent — a stale number here would be worse than no number at all. Before relying on anything below, read the linked text and take Florida counsel.
How the citations are used
Each module's Legal Basis control carries the citation that governs it. When a basis is refused, that citation is printed in the refusal and written to the audit trail alongside the basis that was attempted — so the record shows the question that was asked, not only the answer that was given.
Where a provision has exceptions, the exceptions are listed in the module rather than summarised away. § 934.425(4) is the clearest example: the exceptions are narrow, specific, and none of them is "the client asked".
Where the empty slots are
- Licence numbers — the practice's own Class "CC" and agency numbers are not filled in with placeholder digits.
- Fees — application and renewal fees are not stated here; they are set by the department and change.
- Hotline and non-emergency numbers — every slot on the EXODUS and HALO pages is blank, awaiting a human who verified it and dated the check.
- Limitation periods — the FAFO duty clock leaves them uncomputed for counsel to fill.
